Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely stoked with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s our simple return process:
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Leashes (due to potential wear and safety concerns)
- Bags and Daypacks (if tags are removed or show signs of use)
- Custom or personalized items (like boards from Graham Smith Surfboards with custom artwork)
- Foil components that show signs of installation or use
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Pack Your Item securely in the original packaging with all tags and accessories

Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval (depending on your financial institution)
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes/colors if available. You’re responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
