Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Leashes (due to potential wear and safety concerns)
  • Bags and Daypacks (if tags are removed or signs of use are present)
  • Custom or personalized items (such as boards from Graham Smith Surfboards with custom artwork)
  • Foil components that show signs of installation or use

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Pack Your Item – Securely package the item using the original packaging if possible. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Wait for Processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • If you chose free shipping, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color if available. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the original item and for shipping the replacement item to you unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return shipment
  • Refunds will be issued in US dollars and may be subject to currency exchange rates
  • Return shipping times may vary based on your location
